Greetings. I was born in Iksan—one of the heartlands of Korean culinary tradition—and have spent the past 20 years traveling the world, witnessing firsthand how Korean food lives and breathes across different cultures.
While there is certainly value in “localized” versions of our dishes adapted for global tastes, I believe in the profound power of Korean food in its most original form.
